Agreements in place with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC) allow UPS to travel 50% or more of our manpower by name. This ensures the confidence in personnel and superior workmanship performed at our customer’s facility each time UPS is requested on site. UPS will provide our customers with only the best Union craftsmen available. Our relationship with the UBC allows UPS access to over 50,000 skilled millwrights throughout North America. This relationship also guarantees the established training and qualification program that ensures the availability of trained & qualified personnel. UPS has a full-time workforce of 350-400 craftsmen and over 85 full-time supervisors working year round. During our peak seasons, we employ in excess of 800 craftsmen in the field. We also offer a talented staff of specialty technicians through our alliance partners.
